Pricer’s Norwegian reseller StrongPoint AS has today signed a new agreement with NorgesGruppen, the largest grocery retailer in Norway, to supply and install Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) from Pricer to 350 of its stores.

Pricer AB has decided to introduce a repurchase program for own shares in order to secure obligations for the company's incentive program. The repurchase program shall comprise a maximum of 400,000 Class B shares that may be repurchased for a cost that does not exceed a total of SEK 20 million and runs until next year's Annual General Meeting.

Pricer announces that the retail group Carrefour has chosen Pricer as preferred supplier for new ESL (Electronic Shelf Label) installations and upgrading of stores that are already equipped with Pricer’s ESL. Although the framework agreement contains no commitments with regard to volumes or amounts, the intent is to deploy the Pricer system in approximately 500 stores before the end of 2022.

Pricer AB announces that the Dutch co-operative supermarket chain PLUS Retail, with more than 265 stores across The Netherlands, has placed a follow-up order of a total of approximately 50 MSEK relating to the on-going project to install Pricer’s electronic shelf label (ESL) platform in all of its stores.
