Pricer AB ("Pricer" or the "Company") has decided to initiate a cost-savings program, with expected savings of approximately 50 MSEK per year, and plans a restructuring of the organization. The restructuring is estimated to cost approximately 18 MSEK which will be charged to the fourth quarter 2023.

Pricer, a global leader in in-store automation and communication solutions, partners with DIY chain Brico Dépôt for the deployment of the cloud-based platform Pricer Plaza and electronic shelf labels in more than 120 stores across France by the end of the year.

Pricer’s CFO, Susanna Zethelius, has announced that she is leaving the company for a similar role in another company. The work of appointing a successor will begin immediately.

According to the financial calendar, Pricer will publish the report for the third quarter 2023 on Thursday October 26 at approximately 8.30 am CET. Pricer hereby invites to a presentation of the report on the same day. Magnus Larsson, President and CEO, and Susanna Zethelius, CFO, will present the report and answer questions.

Pricer AB’s partner SIS Technology has signed an agreement with the leading Bulgarian DIY chain Praktiker for a full chain roll-out.

As a result of the completed preferential rights issue in Pricer AB, the number of shares and votes in Pricer AB has changed.
