The Board of Directors of Pricer AB has decided to update its financial targets.

Pricer, a global leader in in-store automation and communication solutions, announces a strategic partnership with PaperShell, a Swedish company who develops and manufactures innovative and high performance biocomposite, in a move towards sustainable material for Pricer’s products and ultimately for the whole electronics sector.

Founded in Palermo, Sicily, P&V is now a third-generation family-owned premium deli, which specialises in high-quality, artisan Italian produce sold through its modern estate of grocery stores. With 10 stores in Palermo, P&V sought to expand into the UK market, showcasing and celebrating the culture of Italy and Sicily through its food and wine produce.

High net sales of 801 MSEK – an increase of 15 percent compared to last year.

Pricer AB will present its interim report for the fourth quarter 2023 in a webcast on February 8 at 13.00 CET.

Pricer announces the signing of a framework agreement for the last quarter of 2023 and 2024 with Maxi Di, a major retail group within Selex Group, and Pricer’s partner IBC.

Claes Wenthzel has extensive and broad experience as CFO in international and listed companies. His most recent position was as the CFO at Newsec group. He has previously been CFO at, among others, Resurs Holding AB, Starbreeze and Catena Media, as well as acting CFO at Pricer.

As the first UK clothing retailer to deploy electronic shelf labels from Pricer O&CC plans to complete a full chain rollout of the cloud-based platform Pricer Plaza and digital labels with a customized solution for this high-end brand.

Pricer, the global leader in retail in-store automation and communication, will exhibit at the National Retail Federation (NRF)’s Big Show, taking place in New York from January 14 to 16.

Pricer’s partner StrongPoint has signed an agreement with the Norwegian retailer Felleskjøpet Rogaland Agder for Pricer Plaza and electronic shelf labels in all its 21 ‘BondeKompaniet’ stores.
