The Board of Directors of Pricer has proposed a dividend of SEK 0.80 per share to be payed at one time. Due to prevailing uncertainty as a result of the corona virus (covid-19), the Board of Directors has decided today to propose to split the payment of the dividend and make two tranches of 0.40 SEK per share each, with May 8, 2020 and November 6, 2020, as the respective record dates.

Based on Pricer’s record-high order backlog in combination with an improved situation in supply chain, the company’s view is currently that the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) will be limited. Best Buy has placed an order to continue deploying Pricer’s Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) system in 450 stores. The estimated value of the new order is approximately SEK 625 million and will be included in Pricer’s order intake for the fourth quarter of 2019.
