Helena Holmgren has today informed the Board of Directors of Pricer AB that she has decided to resign as CEO.

Pricer AB has received an order of approximately 55 MSEK from the Dutch co-operative supermarket chain Plus to equip 80 stores previously under the Coop banner with electronic shelf labels. The roll-out is planned to start in April 2022 and to be finalized before the end of the year.

Pricer AB will present its interim report for the fourth quarter 2021 in an audiocast on February 11 at 13.00 CET.

Pricer France has been awarded the “Prix d’Excellence 2021” from the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (CCSF) in France for its innovation of the digitalization of retail.

In accordance with the decision at the Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2021 Pricer’s Chairman of the Board Knut Faremo has contacted the company’s three largest shareholders to form a Nomination Committee. Shareholders shall also include such a group of two or more shareholders who have notified the Chairman of the Board that they wish to participate jointly in the Nomination Committee's work.
