Pricer AB, the world-leading company in Electronic Shelf Labeling (ESL) solutions is launching its innovative attachment solution, the LockLine. The system is designed for the most demanding ESL users who wish to ensure that the labels will be mounted exactly where they are planned to be and can be removed only by authorized store personnel that are equipped with a dedicated unlocking tool.

"We wanted to design a simple solution that allows easy installation of any Electronic Shelf label at almost any size to the same rail, without worrying about losing track of it or have the labels removed by unauthorized personnel," says Nils Hulth, Vice President of R&D at Pricer.

"One additional idea was that there should be a possibility for the customer to choose between different attachment solutions, including the 'LockLine'. The beauty with our solution is that the same rail can be used for any label made either by Pricer or others."

The LockLine clips like a handcuff around the label. It has a powerful locking mechanism which is easily attached to a slim and aesthetic locking rail. Background promotion stripes and shelf talkers can be attached as well. For removing the label Pricer has developed a unique compact tool that allows for easy removal of a label simply by touching it. The solution is already being piloted in a few sites with overwhelmingly positive feedback.
